Driftwood Home Designs provides professional interior design, home staging, and related services. Because our services require time, preparation, and customized work, all service fees are considered final once the project has begun.

Cancellations Before Project Start

If you need to cancel your booking before any work has begun, you may request a full refund. Once planning, sourcing, or design work has started, the project is no longer eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Service fees for home staging, home re-design, consultations, and virtual staging are non-refundable once work has started. This includes design preparation, communication, planning, or any portion of the service that has been delivered.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your service date with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may incur additional fees.
